I like that you are able to get in contact with your doctor or nurse very quickly if needed for anything regarding my insurance plan. It's great! There isn't much else i would say about them as they have been doing everything right so far. They've always responded fairly fast when we need help solving an issue (even during business hours). All of our questions were answered within minutes after contacting their customer service department. I like that it alerts me when my appointments are coming up and sends reminders for them. It also allows me to access my medical records from anywhere. I dislike that sometimes it doesn't work or I have to refresh several times before it works. It is not clear how to use the app, so it took some trial and error to figure out. I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs to keep track of their doctor appointments. Since using the app, I am able to keep all my appointments scheduled and organized.
