Poor workmanship - accessories and consumables
Worked for about 6 weeks, then broke. Ordered a new one and it still doesn't work right out of the box. Sent a second one back and asked for a replacement. The replacement worked flawlessly for about 3 weeks and is now just as defective as the first two.
