Review on Helens Asian Kitchen 97048 Universal by Jane Taylor

My wife really liked these scissors when we first got them about a year and a half ago. They are really strong and provide great leverage for cutting bone and some woody plant stems. The handle is broken today on the inside of the handle, near where it meets the steel. It didn't break through all the way, but something in the handle broke, causing the handle to bend and deform instead of transmitting force to the incisors. If these things lasted more than 1.5 years they would be a 4 or 5 star product.
