Review on MCYTEC by Tom Lantz

The software is easy enough that I can use it without any training or help from my account manager! There are some features we'd like added but there really isn't anything negative about this tool so far (at least not as of now). It's helped us target specific content better than before by allowing me see what people have viewed/read previously versus today - which helps guide future articles into topics they will be interested too instead if just throwing something out at them randomly hoping one sticks around longer then others do.
