Review on NetWave Retail Management by Deron Gilliam

I can't find anything I dislike about this product, and there are a lot of features that I love. The interface is very easy to learn and set up and the training was very well done. There are a lot of useful features in Netwave Retail, but the system itself is not very intuitive and can be very slow. The main reason we chose Netwave Retail was the ease of integration with our ERP system, and the fact that we are using Netwave Retail throughout our operation, from the shop floor to the back office. It is very easy to use and integrate with our point-of-sale system. The ability for my team to be able to run reports from any location is one thing I like best about this software. It's user friendly as well which makes it easy for us to use when we are out at events or running around trying to get our work done. There isn't much that I don't enjoy using this program but if there was something else I would love then that would make me happy! We have been able to streamline some tasks with netwave allowing us more time to focus on other areas of the store.
