I had high expectations for this lever based on the high reviews but was very disappointed. The lever has almost no lateral adjustment (maybe 2mm) which makes it unusable for me. When I placed the lever clip to the right of the brake lever clip, the thumb lever was too far from my thumb, and when I placed the lever clip to the left of the brake lever clip, the thumb lever was too close and hit my thumb. It may still work for others, but it will just be hit or miss. I also didn't like the very rough surface of the thumb lever. It was as rough as coarse sandpaper or a file. It should not be so rough that repeated use cuts the skin off the thumb. Overall very bad design and overpriced! Costs less than $30.
