With hard water, I noticed that after many years of use, the wheels of the rack began to detach from the bottom shelf of the dishwasher. Inspection revealed they were worn and appeared to be discolored probably due to use, hard water, detergents etc. This was an easy fix. I received them very quickly and it took less than five minutes to remove the old ones and put the new ones back on. They were a bit stiff and difficult to roll the first few times, but after a few loads they worked well.
