I usually clean my tongue with a toothbrush, but for many years I've been thinking about getting a real tongue scraper. I didn't like that the bars took up space and it looked very scary. Then I saw these PDAs and realized they were small enough and discreet enough to travel with. I like that each scraper has a case. I can't confirm the durability of the case, but it motivated me to buy it (for travel). Kids love to use it and I don't have to ask and it's easy to use. It does a great job with morning residue on the tongue and leaving me feeling refreshed. We noticed a tiny bit of rust in one of the corners between the metal and plastic, but I made sure to brush it dry. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
