I haven't had a good experience with this screen due to its defect, but I'll try to be as objective as possible. Let's start with the setup, it's quick and easy. The frame and the screen are well suited for outdoor use. The frame is strong and stable. The screen is held securely and the device didn't sway on a lightly windy evening. I didn't even have to use ropes to secure it. The screen is crystal clear. I was very satisfied with the high quality of the projection. Let's talk wrinkles. This screen comes folded and should stretch within a week or two once it is attached to the frame. I don't mind small wrinkles because when you watch a movie in low light small wrinkles are not visible and do not spoil the picture. However, if the crease is deep and your screen looks like it has a crack, this is not acceptable. I want to see one big screen, not 9 small ones together. I am buying this screen in August and the average temperature here for August is well over 100 degrees. When this screen is in the metal container of a van, it is like an oven that heats the screen and causes the crease to become very deep. Unfortunately, deep creases cannot be smoothed out after baking. Bottom line: 3 stars for the product but the customer service was exceptional so I'm giving them an extra star for their efforts. I love everything about this screen except for the extreme fold lines. I would advise against buying this screen in the height of summer if you live in places that are too hot. Learn from my mistake and consider the weather when shopping. I also feel sorry for the UPS drivers, they heat them up, like your packages, even when the outside temperature is 112 degrees.
