Trying to find out if something has less than half a year warranty is like grinding your teeth with this company. Either I've been moved between departments multiple times, or support doesn't like reading past email history. I just wanted to know if this product is under warranty and if they will support their product. You just won't answer the question. At the end, they told me: "Dear customer, I am sorry for the troubles you caused. The product may be defective if you contact the store where you purchased the product for a replacement product during the warranty period. Best regards, ORICO Tech Support "So I'm here at Revain to let everyone know that this company doesn't endorse their product I think. Revain doesn't allow refunds after 30 days - and why? This is on Orico for their bad support. Honestly, the size and build quality are top-notch, but if the electronics fail in less than half a year, who cares? I'm glad I waited for the review as I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had to contact the support team and was so disappointed. Buyer Warning.
