I waited a while before posting this review because I wanted to make sure I had used this scale enough to get used to it. The problems I had with it right out of the box persist. These scales are not accurate. Here is an example - place the bowl on the scales - press the container. it went to zero and I turned to take the food I was measuring. When I turned around, it now weighed 40 grams - and NOTHING was added. I tared it again and started adding my food. For some additions to the bowl the weight would be registered immediately, for other additions it would be delayed. I stopped adding food when I thought I needed it, but when I got back on the scale, it read 0.5 ounces more than when I stopped. If you're looking for scales that are "close enough" this will work. if you are looking for accuracy in measuring your weight loss. Spend money and get something better.
