I have chronic pain in my arm, but being a full-time student I still need to write. This device really helps between writing sessions by providing warmth, massage and compression. It doesn't have as many pressure settings as I'd like, but the smaller hand badge seems to work well for me: not too tight and not too loose. The amount of heat it provides is pretty good too, better than the previous handheld massager I've had. The noise level is about average and it's rechargeable so you don't have to plug it into an outlet while using it. Good product for pain in hands!
