Look closely at the price. You get what you pay for. CHEAP plastic, fragile container. ONLY buy it if you plan to install a very light (and inexpensive) camera. I think that would be enough for that. I didn't hate it (1 star) but I didn't like it (2). As soon as I unpacked it I knew it was going to be returned. Didn't know it would be so fragile. I planned to use it with D3300 and zoom lenses. No way. It's a toy. what was i thinking I sent it back and received a real capsule. Carbon fiber Manfrotto.
