After the dealer wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars to replace the engine and cabin filter, I decided to do it myself. Replacing an engine filter is a bit more difficult than replacing a cabin filter just because it involves reaching under the hood. Otherwise I only have to loosen four screws and open the lid. As long as the screws aren't stuck, it's easy, easy. A screw was stuck, so I put down the screwdriver and pulled out the wrench. That helped. I have a 2010 Honda Odyssey EX. The filter fits with no problems. I changed it in minutes and will be changing my own filters from now on.
