This O-ring is for Auto Trans Cooler for BMW
This pair of O-rings is often overlooked when the entire cooling system is overhauled on high mileage BMWs. It is an integral part of BMW automatic transmission oil cooling system for some models, especially 2000-2006 BMW E46 with automatic transmission. These o-rings are very precisely sized to fit into the short tubes of the automatic transmission fluid cooler which is attached to the reservoir bracket (bracket) below the coolant reservoir. This part number is the same BMW OEM part that you can obtain from your BMW dealer.
