Confound! NOT easy or plug and play! Waste of time and money!

Says it requires no application. It's not just plug and play, also with wired or OTG capacity. Then comes an excuse that it might not work. WHY can't instructions be written in CLEAR and CORRECT English? With all the translation programs available, there are no excuses. Or simply hire someone with sufficient training! THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! Will return!
