I like that they have an easy to use website which allows you as many users/memberships with different levels of access depending upon their needs without having multiple platforms or software! They also offer services such at email reminders about payments due so everyone stays in sync (esp if using shared accounts). Sometimes there's some lag time before payment info shows up after adding them but thats just us being impatient haha!! It would be helpful sometimes when sending out invoices via our accounting team because we don't always get feedback whether its been received correctly & are not getting credit card information until then anyway - this helps prevent any confusion between what was sent vs receipted etc since these can differ slightly even within one invoice from month2to3month1's worth noting :) Would definitely suggest checking into other providers too though cos ours does seem quite reliable compared against competitors who charge.
