Review on Intermatic RC613R Radio Receiver by Benjamin Chang

I ordered this to replace the broken one I bought last June. I have a remote for this and use this relay to turn on the pool pump about once a week. He died last week without warning. The device is in a waterproof box and is not used daily. I had a professional install so not sure why it didn't last. I hope the replacement is better than the first. Update: Another bit the dust 24 months later. Turned on in the middle of the night and won't turn off. He didn't respond to the remote control or the box itself at all. For $100+, I think it should last more than 11-24 months.
