This barn door hardware kit was a great value, When we looked at the local box stores the same hardware was selling for three times as much. After comparing several different brands on Walmart, Skysen seemed to offer the best value with the best reviews. And we were not disappointed. The components were very solid and high quality and they was easy to assemble. However, the instructions did leave some important details out. For example:* Be sure to put the rail spacers with the wide end against the wall. They come shipped with the wide end looking like it should be against the rail. If you install it this way, the door rollers will bump over every spacer.* The kit comes with extra plastic "washers" but never explains what these are for. I presume you can use them to space the railing further away from the wall if your door is too tight a fit. We ended up used four of them with the bolts used to attach the rollers to the top of the door. Our door was on the thin side and we couldn't tighten the decorative nuts on the bolts without using the washers.* All the measurements are in mm. I don't have a metric set of drill bits. Turns out the 5/8" bit was close enough to 13mm to drill the holes for attaching the rollers.
