Revainrating 4 out of 5

Kind. Best in Baths and Bath Accessories

UPDATE I've been thinking about this for a while. At the moment I see that 32 people rated my review as helpful. Seems like a good deal for the requested 4 star rating right? The seller doesn't seem to think so. I was asked to remove this review after all I've done and for all the time I've put in after they asked for my HONEST opinion. As soon as I confirmed receipt, the seller started sending repeated messages asking why I hadn't posted my review yet. I don't know about you, but I rarely take more than one bomb bath a day. On busy days, a shower will suffice, but no bath bombs. They were very polite like in the beginning but it got annoying. This did not affect my opinion of the product. This opinion has not changed. For these reasons, however, I will no longer perform the requested verifications. To all other sellers who are acting in good faith, I apologize. i'm not talking about you But please understand if I tell you that I will no longer answer your inquiries. Beginning of the first review I called to purchase it and received a refund in exchange for an honest and thoughtful review. I've been thinking about this for a while since I finished all the bombs and I really wish I could give 5 stars but I can't right now. First, the packaging was cute and very suitable as a gift. Not only was the jar tied with shiny gift ribbon, but the bombs inside the jar were very well wrapped. They lay on a bed of scraps of paper, and each bomb was wrapped twice. The outer wrapper was made of tissue paper, the kind you hang on gift bags, dyed the color of the bomb scent and inscribed with the scent's name. When you open it, each bomb is wrapped in plastic. I'm pretty sure it's for odor control and moisture protection. You should have a pair of scissors handy to pierce these before getting in the tub. I would like to say one thing to the manufacturer: Please try to put higher-contrast fonts on these labels. Bathtubs aren't usually this brightly lit in any house I've ever had. You really don't want an electrical device directly above the shower unless it's specialized and flush with the ceiling. and I really prefer soft light in the bathtub. Anyway, it was very difficult to read white letters on a light background. Second, the bombs themselves: The advert listed 6 scents - lavender, lemon, fresh mint, vanilla, natural ocean, and rose. In my pack, instead of natural sea chamomile, there was chamomile. I didn't know chamomile was a scent until I found out about it. If you are sensitive to perfume, you can use it easily. The flavors were very light. A little lighter than I would have liked actually and once the fizz went away the scent only lasted for a few minutes. Color lasts longer in water. Some of them seemed to have more hiss than others. The fresh mint bomb was scattered all over the tub until it lost most of its mass. Most of the others sank to the bottom and just evaporated. The chamomile colored the water bright yellow-orange and the rose colored the water red. The rest of the colors were very light. My skin wasn't itchy from any of them and I'm usually sensitive to smells/colors in bath products that way. It didn't make my skin greasy, but I did feel hydrated on my legs. The manufacturer/seller is polite and easy to work with - unlike some of those who contact me for my feedback. So much so that I agreed to do it for the first time and I have no regrets about doing it. Will I buy them again? Probably not for me. It's more of a luxury item. I don't spoil myself like that very often. Instead, I'm much more likely to buy a special book or some craft supplies. I might buy them as part of a gift pack for someone else. They're not perfect, but I think they're worth the money. I have several family members who are just as sensitive to certain bath products as I am. Note to the manufacturer: If you could develop a kit that smelled ALL like pine, like the bombs we used in Europe when I was visiting my grandmother - with a much stronger smell than the above - and I will do it be a regular customer.
