I hesitated to buy this after some Q&A and reviews saying it could not work as charger and OTG at the same time. Thank you for the review that suggested restarting your tablet in charging mode and it will do everything. It worked for me but you need to restart or it only works as a top up/OTG. I am writing a review using a device with a Logitech wireless dongle/mouse, USB thumb and charging all active. I made sure that the charge on the device is not only displayed (red light and icon), but increased the charge of the device from 86% to 91% and keeps growing. My charger is Samsung 2.1A. To be honest, for $7.5 the device would be worth even if it only worked in both modes just because the USB keyboard and flash drive were used at the same time, even if not while charging. The fact that it's in works in both modes, makes my small tablet look like a PC with a large monitor.
