The seller didn't even have the right picture for the item I actually bought. The Philips Ay4197 DC car charger for the dual screen player was grossly overpriced compared to what Phillips is selling it for. It's my own fault for not checking it out, but still. The product stopped working after a week, when I was contacted to return the product because I was extremely unhappy that it stopped working, he informed me that I can only exchange. Well I didn't want another item from him as the first item didn't work. He didn't even reply to my reply email. Shady. Don't buy from him.
