    DO NOT BUY speaker brackets

    The seller didn't even have the right picture for the item I actually bought. The Philips Ay4197 DC car charger for the dual screen player was grossly overpriced compared to what Phillips is selling it for. It's my own fault for not checking it out, but still.     Short original especially if you wanted it for the van

    Cables are not as long as the original although they do the job. However, if you have a van and used the original to get to the first and second rows, this article will not work. You need to buy another cable to extend it to the second row. Considering the original was hard to come by anyway, and the original was the reason it broke in the first place when stretched to the limit, it's probably best to have a string to hold it in the first place to extend.     Cannot support 8 lb speakers

    They are rated for 10 lbs. max but I installed 8 lbs. Bookshelf speakers, and even with the extensions removed for maximum strength, the brackets failed and the speakers sagged until they hit the wall. You just can't carry a 7 or 8 pound speaker except from the ceiling. I have an older metal version of this mount and even that doesn't hold 10 pounds. They are made of plastic and are therefore only suitable for the lightest and smallest speakers.

    breaks very easily Accessories and consumables

    I wouldn't recommend double DVDs from the outset. Wires are everywhere and hard to take care of. so i had to buy a new power cord (because the one that came with it broke very easily) dvd players don't have batteries so a power cord is a must. We used the new cable twice before the cheap plastic broke and it became useless and I lost another $20. The seller was fine, received the goods quickly. It's just a cheap replacement for an already cheap dual DVD player.

    Works but not the same

    I bought the Philips DVD players (which I absolutely LOVE by the way. 5 stars!) that come with this cable and after a few months of using the car do i need to replace the power supply cable. The power cord works fine and works as described so if that's all you need 5 stars. It should be noted that it is not as long as the original cable that came with the system. In a lot of cars it doesn't matter but I really struggled to get the cables out of the way of the legs etc because it's much shorter…
