Had to downsize for 2 months and had to mix and beat and mix. I cook 3 times a day most days. It's great for pureeing soups, mixing milk or protein shakes, and even smoothies. It can make cake frosting, but not as well as a full-size blender. I was very surprised at the propellant and didn't know what it was. It's not so good with foods that aren't very liquid. like thick mashed potatoes or frozen fruit. The whiskers are small, so for a creamy whipped puree this needs to be done in very small batches or they will get very lumpy. I love the included jar as it's perfect for accessories. It is also very easy to perform the operation. With good care, my grandchildren can help with it and it's holding up well too. I originally gave 4 stars because I thought it didn't whip up as well as I had hoped. I was wrong. I have made mashed potatoes and was able to make a large pot and they were creamy and well whipped and my 2nd and 3rd batches of glaze are great. changing my original rating as this works way better than I expected.
