Received stale/bad coffee. It smelled like compost/bird droppings. I had to clean the coffee maker.
Revain kept offering me this coffee and most reviews were consistent. The negative reviews were mostly from people who had bad batches of coffee and I figured it was rare. Well it happened to me. I have brewed coffee in a regular drip coffee maker and from the moment I brewed it I felt something strange. It just smelled like bird droppings. I just cleaned the coffee maker yesterday and haven't brewed any coffee in it since. I tried drinking it anyway, thinking it must be a different type of coffee, but it tasted weird too. When I sniffed the coffee packaging again, I saw that the same smell pervaded the coffee. Revain was happy to return the money, but I don't know if the manufacturer actually gets this rating.
