Need to pay for return shipping if you want different size or if you don't like it
The shoes look good but they are not for me. I was honestly disappointed that I had to pay to send them back for an exchange or refund. I don't seem to read the fine print. I would trade them in for the correct size, but my frustration with the calls and email responses I received caused me to stop buying from this company. However, my shoes didn't fit, so I can't give an honest assessment of the shoe's performance or durability. It looks like a decent shoe and I think if I was the right size it would probably work. For the size I was, he didn't have much of a bulge in his shoes. It was really flat and a bit stiff sole. l
Pros
- The quality of the shoes is excellent. However, they are 1/2 size smaller than all the other shoes I wear.
Cons
- This may not provide sufficient Arch support for some users.
