I would give the company 5*. I love plates and used them for an event I catered for. I was disappointed because the product was missing a few parts and some were broken. I emailed the company and told them of my disappointment. They emailed back and said they were sorry and would provide a partial refund and a discount on a future purchase. A month later none of their promises were kept. Very disappointing as I'm an event planner and would love to build a relationship with a supplier but can't with one. IF the company delivers on their promise I will revise my review!
