Review on JVC KD-BT1 Stereo by Christina Ford

I installed this in my '79 Porsche and hooked it up to a pair of JVC speakers and an Ipod adapter. I'm impressed with the system as a whole. High tech for my car, but the performance more than outweighs the dissonance. The built-in Bluetooth bothered me the most. , the quality of communication is unrealistic. I have Bluetooth in another car and I keep having to switch back to the PDA because I can't hear well. This is not the case with this device. Installation was easy and I would do it again and again. My only recommendation is not to mess around with the iPod device. Get a USB stick and plug it into the supplied USB socket. I think (although I haven't tried it yet) you can run music. In that case the Ipo d's price is a bit over the top. Otherwise it is highly recommended.
