Remarkable technology. There are better products out there these days. I ordered this based on previous use. It was particularly effective on red stains (wine, blood, etc.) but was not a good general purpose stain remover. I now use Coit Carpet Cleaning's peroxide cleaner which is much better. My cat was injured and covered in blood. My coit cleaner was great at removing all the stains. When I first saw the mess I thought I would have to replace the carpet but I didn't. I got lucky! FYI, Tech also removed the blood (tried it on a small area first) but it took more "elbow lube" and more liquid to do the same job as the coit cleaner.
