As mentioned before, the side and back glass are not marked, so if you put them in the wrong place the lid will not fit. The jar was securely packaged, no broken or missing parts. One thing that annoys me is that I have carpet so the doors rattle when I walk past the tank. I could use silicone to soften the jar when closing so it doesn't make that noise anymore because I don't want it to startle my gecko. This is just my experience and probably won't happen to everyone. It was very easy to set up and the instructions were clear.
