None charged my phone but the black one actually started charging and then discharged it. I tried both cables (obviously at different times) to charge the phone and tried both when the phone was on and then again when it was off. White entered the phone port very freely. It started charging the phone and then stopped at 18% even after four hours of "charging". The black fit snug and snug and started charging immediately while the phone was still on. Two hours later when I went to bed it went up to 66% so I turned it off and went to bed. When I woke up this morning the charge was down to 8%. I then used my DH's phone charger and it quickly charged to 100% even though I left the phone on and used it for work. Coincidence? Maybe. Telephone problems? Maybe. Defective battery? Maybe. All I know is that the DH charger is ok now.
