Didn't cost much and did exactly what it was supposed to. However, I'm only giving it 2 stars because 1) the instructions are terrible and 2) the glue dots are a joke. If you look at the instructions on YouTube, they will ask you to put dots in the connectors. However, if you do this, it will be impossible to put hoses on it. Eventually I gave up and had to glue the pipes and connectors together. I wasn't trying to do anything out of the ordinary. The only design that works is the one where you attach 4 balloons to a round piece and stack the circles. The circle pieces don't really stick to the pipe. Once you inflate the balloons, they just lie on top of each other.
