SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THE BEST BRAND! Not least! Buy another brand! We bought 3 of these shades for our new home a year and a half ago. The first blind stopped working within the first 6 months (won't go up to look out the window). The second started doing the same (didn't go all the way up anymore - only about 3/4 of the way up so it's obscuring part of the view), then finally the third (which only went up about 2/3 of the way up way). a long time ago, by the way) exploded and splattered plastic in my face as I stood at the kitchen table preparing dinner! My husband said these are parts of the spring mechanism. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THE BEST BRAND!
