The suction cup didn't work. I just couldn't get the lever out with the little suction cup that came with it. Luckily I had a bigger and stronger one at home. Regardless, I had to pull and then reattach the suction cup about 30 times before the screen detached from the case. I used a hair dryer to heat the glue. The water barrier of the adhesive was too low. I would say it was about 0.25" shorter and didn't seal properly. I put it on the frame manually but I don't expect it to be water resistant anymore... I don't think the screen is the same has vivid colors like the original but that's to be expected...not sure either but I think I'm hitting the wrong keys more often now when I'm typing.With the negatives removed this was an inexpensive way to fix my cracked screen of the iPhone 11 replacement Less than half the cost of having someone fix it but about 10x the hassle With YouTube videos this was relatively easy and took about an hour I'm just glad I don't have my phone yet caused more damage than he already had.
