The screen works but. Tools will strip screws if you're not very careful. The display differs greatly from the original. It's almost 1mm thicker and sits higher than the phone, the bezels are thicker, the screen refresh rate is lower making it sluggish, the LCD panel is a brighter color when the screen is off and you lose true audio.

The suction cup didn't work. I just couldn't get the lever out with the little suction cup that came with it. Luckily I had a bigger and stronger one at home. Regardless, I had to pull and then reattach the suction cup about 30 times before the screen detached from the case. I used a hair dryer to heat the glue. The water barrier of the adhesive was too low. I would say it was about 0.25" shorter and didn't seal properly. I put it on the frame manually but I don't expect it to be water…
