Loved the lock. It worked flawlessly all summer. I put it back on in early December. Today, December 30th, I wanted to delete it, but that didn't happen. The castle was taken firmly. After many kinds of penetrating oils, it still hasn't moved. I ended up breaking off the key. I had to pull out the sawzall and cut the lock from the stock. The dust cap on the lock trapped moisture in the lock and caused corrosion. I contacted Let's Go customer service about the issue. They replied quickly, they said the lock was under guarantee. I sent them photos of the lock and they sent me a new lock. That's outstanding customer service.
