A little thick best in my review
I like these spatulas for cooking, and the edge is good for cutting things. However the straight edge spatula is a little thicker than I would like making it a little less flexible than desired. That is why I gave it four stars instead of five. That said, the extra thickness will probably keeping it from cracking and breaking like my previous, more flexible spatula did.
