Purchased from Revain. Worked for a few days, then just stopped. Sent it in for repair as they thought it was covered under warranty. Found out that this particular laptop had all sorts of problems. Overheats quickly, even with cooling pads. It's a "bug," as they call it, found in every gaming laptop they sell, like this one. It says a guarantee, but it doesn't. If you buy it from Revain and not directly from Asus, there is no guarantee. They want to charge $122 to fix it. We will never buy a laptop from Asus again. If they just fixed it instead of sending me a lemon I would still be an Asus customer. It was purchased on October 26th, shipped for repair on November 5th and as of December 16th there were no reports that they would be out of warranty. It will likely take you another two months to fix the problem if we decide to pay the extra $122. I was an Asus fan and bought several laptops from them but never again.
