Heavy. real metal It's good? I don't know because my hands were covered in paint shavings when I took it out of the box. I'll trade it in and try again because I liked its weight and the push mechanism felt smooth and easy to use. Over the years I have made many eyelets and latches using either the hammer method or the hand crimp method. The idea behind this is good but I'll be using it outside all summer so I need a solid coat of paint to keep it from rusting. Looks like they threw it in the box before the paint had a chance to dry because parts of the box were stuck to it.
