The faucet looks like new.
It was pretty easy to replace for my faucet. It's not recommended to use wedge pliers, it's better to use a proper big wrench [or an adjustable wrench that I've used]. Installing an [adjustment] screw is an operation that requires you to repeatedly press a lever to install the grip. tighten gradually and after a few days check that it is firmly seated [and don't lose the Allen key! (Do not ask.)
