We wore out the original wheels and the luggage repair service charged over $100 to replace a set of four wheels. I used a repair service for our large suitcase and ordered a set of replacement wheels for another matching suitcase. The repair service completed the work within a few days. I watched a few videos on YouTube and I was sure that I could do the job. The exchange kit comes with two axle sizes, so take your time and fiddle with the fit. I used shorter axles and they fit perfectly. The job is quite easy and took just over an hour to completely replace all four wheels. My DIY job looks and works better than a luggage repair. I have ordered two more sets for other luggage.
