Review on πŸ”§ Versatile 7-in-1 Twist-a-Nut Screwdriver / Nutdriver: Enhance Your Toolkit with Extra Functionality by Daniel Pyfer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best driver of this type I have ever used

I am very picky when it comes to multi drivers - REALLY picky. This is the most comfortable grip in your hand, the screwdriver part holds very well unlike most, the tips stay in place, they are easy to remove and the tips are made of quality metal too. The soft urethane portion of the handle grips much better than any other I've used, although I prefer the hard grip - I don't even like soft-grip snap-on screwdrivers, so that's saying something. better consider, except for one fatal flaw - and that's snap-on. His "fatal flaw" is that both sides of the wrench are 5/16, so doesn't have a quarter inch wrench. Well - I love the hard grip snap-on screwdrivers, they are by far the best screwdrivers ever made in my opinion - but this one feels just as good in the hand and I don't think it will wear out any time soon. "Tricks" - Wire Nut Tensioner and Wire Loop: I would have preferred if it didn't have a wire nut tensioner because it would feel a little better when pressing on the back, but it's really well rounded and when actually I am USES this one part, it worked surprisingly well. Can tighten wire nuts much harder with much less fatigue. Wire loop - makes a perfectly sized loop and the pins don't stick out. I don't normally carry a screwdriver in my hand when stripping and sanding so I use a wire gripper for stripping, but when I used it it actually worked better than my wire gripper for stripping because it measures the depth for you - no guesswork. It's also the second one I own and I don't "buy" back tools if they don't fit the bill. I had the last one for about 6 years before it was lost/stolen - it never wore out.

Pros
  • Like all so far
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
