My package arrived sealed. The packaging has a very nice, simple design and is ideal for storage and travel. I decided to use it first on a small area of my body that shows signs of aging, blemishes and a small scar to see how it performs over the next six months and to compare it to other areas that are showing signs of aging were not treated. But it didn't hurt. But afterwards I got some redness and tingling in that area, even though the seller has stated that the metal in this set is titanium. (Nothing, a little ice didn't help calming down.) *I think the set that comes with the ice cap could be a good investment for those of us with very sensitive skin. * After just one use, I can see where my skin is already plumped up and looking younger. But I need to continue my long term results with this derma roller system after at least a month of use to complete this review.
