I've been using it to test my bot in different languages, with many users at once (usually 10-20) as well as other features like video recording or screen sharing when needed during testing sessions. The interface can be tricky sometimes but overall everything works fine so far! There's nothing bad about this software that i know off yet - keep up your good work guys :) It has helped me find bugs faster than any traditional QA method would have done before, plus they also help you fix those issues too :). Testing bots across multiple platforms / devices. This helps us understand how our clients' customers interact w/ their chatbot experiences from various channels such as web vs mobile apps etc., allowing better service creation & supportability. We are able to identify which parts need more attention by seeing what user flow looks most similar between them all while still being unique enough within each client project we're working.
