I ordered three. One of them didn't work from the start (only about 3 lights in the ring worked). I returned it with no problems. Advantages: 1) The light is bright and has three modes: fast flash, slow flash and constant. 2) The light just won't turn off when it needs to be charged; it dims so you know it's time. Cons: 1) They only charge if you use the included USB cable, no big deal but they look the same as all the other cables so you have to tag or plug them in and they never charge. . 2) The USB part and the place where you connect the parts are over two inches long; I have a small dog which means most of her neck is not lit. 3) continuation from the first end point; The hose is very thick and my dog is small so it's a bit hard for him. 4) The lights on the collar are quite far apart; probably about 2 inches. So if you have a small dog between the charging port and the widely spaced lights, it won't be very well lit. I decided to wrap it around his neck twice so that it was well lit, but the tube is so thick that this is a problem. 5) Where you attach and detach it doesn't say which side you should pull on, so after about 3 uses I pulled to remove it from my dog's neck and the hose came loose from the side that was supposed to stay attached . Luckily the wires aren't broken, but they are thin and not strong. I expect to get a few months out of them before they become completely useless.
