I did a lot of research before buying. There were a lot more expensive ones out there, but I just needed something solid and not flashy. This fits the bill. There are almost no assembly instructions, but it's easy to find out. You may have extra screws and such when you're done, but don't worry, you did everything right. It's probably not a bad idea to tighten things up from time to time, just in case. One thing I really wanted was for it to be portable so I could wheel it out of the garage to clean and dry outside. This rack came with only flat metal platform screws (for lack of a proper term). Getting around the garage isn't particularly easy, but I found the exact wheels that fit and make it portable. Now it works exactly as I had hoped. I include in the rating. Unfortunately they come in packs of 4 and you need six, but trust me you'll be glad you did and you'll have a spare just in case something happens. In short, good for the price and adding wheels would make it perfect. Wheels old on Revain.
