comfortable but leaves streaks

They're handy in hard-to-reach places or where you don't want to spray liquid, but they only work really well when you use them WITH liquid (and then what's the point?). Otherwise they are a bit dry and therefore leave streaks on the glass (which can be polished out with a dry cloth or newspaper, but if it then takes 2 steps again, what's the point?
