Uhh. I am so disappointed in this product. I've been making soap for a while and was hoping to make cutting a little easier. This product just made it difficult to get a precise cut. The screw that you can tighten and loosen to adjust the guides doesn't tighten, so it moves the second you start cutting. There are two pre-cut areas at the top where you can place cutting tools, but they feel warped and pinched. None of the cutting tools supplied with this unit will fit in any of the guides. I tried cutting the soap with a straight tool without a block. The tool is so blunt that it cannot be cut. Love the concept of using these blocks - I've seen others work great. Maybe this one just broke but it was a big disappointment.
