Doesn't work after very little use.
This product is of no value. I bought it in September but just started using it yesterday. I spent maybe 2-3 hours to fully scan the slides. Now it doesn't work. It doesn't even show the slides to be scanned on the screen. I sent a message to support. They say 2-3 days for an answer. And only a 30-day return window is ridiculous. UPDATE: After speaking to the seller's support team, they agreed to refund the money. Many Thanks.
