DC Chelsea Tx Kids Skateboard Shoes These are my nine year old granddaughter's first pair of skateboard shoes. To say she LOVES these shoes would be an understatement. The black/white/pink colors look great and go with almost everything in her wardrobe. They pair well with the three different sock styles she transitions between (low profile/hard to find, invisible, and gusseted ankle). Now that she had put them on for the first time, they were right. . .but after about 60-9 minutes they were ok. Too bad I didn't order her half a size bigger so she can stay with them until Christmas. If you want your child to have a regular place for a thumbnail to grow, order UP size 1/2. Looks great, wears well, holds up well considering how often she wears sneakers. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Chelsea skateboarding shoes.
